Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 10-day return policy. To return an item, please get in touch with us at support@romaniyafragrances.com to initiate the return process. Returns must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, please get in touch with us immediately. We will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
